Close to Downtown Tampa Bedroom w/ Shared Bath

Welcome to my home sweet home! This spacious and newly constructed, 3 bed/2 bath house is located in the City of Tampa! The house is within 10 mins of all the city's top attractions, to include but not limited to Downtown, Ybor City, Amalie Arena, Sparkman's Wharf, the Aquarium, and Amarture Works. The house is also within 15 minutes of Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, and Tampa International, with easy access to I-75/I-4. Stay at this gem, for an authentic home away from home experience. The space The home is a 2023 new construction that offers plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The couch in the living room pulls out to sleep one additional person. It is a modern, bright, single family home with wood throughout the entire house. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with a queen bed, and a smart TV. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The beautiful open concept blends the living room, kitchen, and dining room into one space. The living room features a 75 inch smart TV and comfy sectional. The kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials needed to make yourself at home and also a counter that serves as its own dining space. The dining room has a table that seats four with barstool chairs that can be taken to seat a total of six. The outdoor patio set comes with a loveseat, two chairs, and a glass table for your outdoor leisure. Guest access The private bedroom is located next to the shared bathroom. The bathroom will be shared with no more than one other person. The kitchen, living room, and outdoor patio are all common areas that could be shared with two other guests. Both the front door and bedroom door will have an electronic lock with a custom code for added privacy/safety during your stay. The driveway can comfortably hold 2 cars and free street parking is available. During your stay This is a SHARED house, you will need to communicate with other guests living in the house from time to time. All my guests are just like you, looking for a temporary living situation while in this great city, I call home. There is an expectation that guests remedy minor issues among themselves(i.e air conditioning temps or parking). I will absolutely step in for any issues of safety or of major concern. If you have no interest in communicating or being cordial with other people in the house, this is probably not a good fit. I have several other listings and if you can take a look at my other reviews, you will see that what I am about to say next is true. During your stay, I am committed in making it as comfortable as possible! It is my top priority to ensure that you are taken care of throughout your stay. If you need anything or are dissatisfied with the place, please don't hesitate to reach out. Other things to note PLEASE READ some of the rules to know beforehand: 1. No unregistered or overnight guests are allowed on the property. 2. No pets. 3. You cannot book for anyone but yourself. (I.e a wife booking for a husband or parent for their child). 4. No smoking on the property. 5. The shared bathroom can be shared with a person of the same or opposite sex. 6. Please bring your own towels, bath soap, and detergent. Lastly, please triple check your desired dates for your stay and ensure you understand the cancellation policy BEFORE booking.
