The complex is very quiet and secure and has a pool,barbeque area,gym,laundry and one parking bay inside, behind gates The space The apartment is on the ground floor- a simple but fully furnished and equipped accommodation.There is no immediate outside space but 10 metres from the front door is the communal pool and garden which has a barbeque area,tables and a small gym. Guest access You will have the apartment,use of the communal pool/garden/barbeque /gym area, a secure parking bay behind locked gates and use of the laundry room if required. Other things to note You will need to respect the rules of the complex and the body corporate. Parties are not allowed in the unit or the communal pool area. It is a non smoking apartment so smoking is restricted to designated outside areas. Occupancy must not exceed 2 people in the apartment.
