You will have a living room with insert, electric radiators, equipped kitchen, multi-game table, foosball, billiards The 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor, with a small garage to store skis or bicycles. The space The house is on 3 levels. You will arrive on the ground floor in the living room with insert and 3 sofas including a 130 cm convertible English sofa. After a few steps, you can access the equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 130 cm sofa bed, a small bed + baby cot. I provide bath towels, sheets, pillowcases and bed covers for €15 per bed (free for the single bed and the baby bed). The large bed, the small bed and the 2 sofas all have waterproof covers. On the 1st floor, privacy with a spacious bathroom, separate toilet and storage space for coats and shoes. A multi-game table is available for young and old. Adjacent is a small garage (where wood is stored) and in which it is possible to store some bicycles, motorcycles, skis, canoes... Guest access Guests have the entire house available exclusively to them Before entering the accommodation, please provide me with the IDs of guests other than the one who has booked. Other things to note The house is located in the small village of Besset and is between the departmental 119 and the main street of the village where it is easy to park on the square. Walking is possible and access to the greenway is 200 m away. All amenities in Mirepoix, located 2 km from the house.
