The space As you enter your own private gate to this 4 acre estate, taking the circular driveway up to the house, you'll be captivated! You eagerly open the gate to the Front Courtyard, and step into the Grand Foyer of this magnificent 6500 sq ft home and the choice is yours. Where will you explore first? West Wing to the left or East Wing to the right? You step into to the West Wing and yell for everyone to come look at the Billiards Room featuring a top of the line Olhausen pool table and the coolest billiards light (professional series Predator Arena Led Light), 65" Smart TV, sound bar, custom built wet bar with mini fridge, and patio to the incredible backyard! Staying in the same wing on the first floor, you find a bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom and wonder, could that be the Master? It's beautiful! You hurry to the 2nd floor and find another bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom and realize the master bedroom is still somewhere else in the house. You like both the rooms you've seen so far and wouldn't mind either one for your stay! You dart to the next room and see custom built in bunk beds featuring 2 twin XL over Queens with 55" Smart TV that drops down from the ceiling, oversized windows and private deck overlooking the incredible resort style pool! This is only the smaller wing you think as your run over to the East Wing to see what it has to offer. You step into the East Wing, and think WOW this place really is MAJESTIC! The double sided fireplace with an 85" Smart TV is the star of the show. On one side of the fireplace, you have the Great Room that has a beautiful Restoration Hardware sectional, oversized commissioned artwork, large windows with abundant natural light cascading through and a view to the pool and a spiral staircase up to a loft. On the other side of the fireplace, you have the Breakfast Nook that looks like the perfect place to sit and relax with your morning coffee, the big open air Kitchen, and the the Dining Room straight out of magazine with oversized dining table, cool artwork, funky chandelier, custom built-in cabinets, and french doors to the Courtyard. This room is a definately vibe! You make your way through the Kitchen to the Butler's Pantry. You continue back down a coridor and find cozy private bedroom with king bed with 55" Smart TV and en suite bathroom. Now to explore the upstairs! You head up the back stairwell and go to the room the the left. Finally you've found the Master Bedroom. It feels like you are in the french countryside! It has a king bed, oversized windows with plantation shutters, seating area facing a 55" Smart TV, and walk-in closet. The next door you walk through is the bathroom, but it's might be bigger than the Master Bedroom! It a shower, a bathtub, his and her sinks, his and her toilets, another walk-in closet for her, and vanity with makeup seat for her! You hurry along eager to go explore the backyard and find another game room, the Poker Room. This room is the loft overlooking the Great Room and has it's own fireplace and en suite deck overlooking the backyard you are dying to explore. The last bedroom feels like a treehouse room. It's bright and airy and has a king bed with 55" Smart TV. You take the spiral staircase down to the Great Room and head out to the yard. The fireplace isn't the star anymore once you lay your eyes on the resort style pool. It has a hot tub and a kiddie pool that waterfall into the pool. There's a sectional with 14ft umbrella.
