There is a locked utility closet guests will not have access to. Other things to note Security Cameras: Cameras monitor the front porch, driveway, and fire pit area for insurance and safety purposes. These cameras are not actively monitored and the footage is deleted at regular intervals for your privacy. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the cabin or any interior space. Maintenance Services: There may be pool maintenance, landscaping, or outdoor pest control that may require access to the property during your stay. Pool service is performed every Monday and Thursday. Plumbing and Trash: Please only flush toilet paper to help avoid any plumbing issues. If it is determined that any issues arise due to misuse, a $200 fee may be charged to repair it. Please use designated caged trash bins located on the side driveway. Do not leave any trash bags outside of the cage in order to prevent wildlife from accessing it. Wildlife: The Smokey Mountains are home to diverse wildlife and all trash must be placed in the designated caged bins outside. Please do not leave any food outside and unattended for extended periods of time. Private Outdoor Fire Pit: Please provide your own firewood. Lighters are located in the kitchen drawer. Please do not burn dead fall leaves, trash, or debris. Do not cook food or use fuel accelerators. Use at your own risk and observe all fire warning notices. Liability and Security Deposit: Your reservation and all those who stay during your reservation (The Guest) agree and release The Host from all liability from any and all injury and property damage that may occur during your stay. Your reservation acknowledges your usage of any amenities provided and is done so at your own risk. You accept all responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur while on the property.
