Visit our beautiful remodeled home! Enjoy a relaxing game room with A/C, hockey game table, bar with glasses, and TV; a terrace area with domino table, pool, and BBQ; plus two living rooms with TVs and a bedroom with a queen bed, A/C, and TV. The location is perfect: just minutes from Punta Salina beach, the train station, the new Parque de las Ciencias, and Old San Juan. It’s the ideal stay to explore Puerto Rico. And more: a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, garage for two cars, and Wi-Fi… The space This charming tropical home is ideally located near bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and several attractions. From here, you can easily get to concerts by taking the train from the station just 10 minutes from the house, without much hassle. It’s the perfect retreat for families or friends, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere all year round. You’ll feel like you’re in the countryside while still being in the city. The private pool area is fully enclosed, providing a perfect space for a barbecue day in an area just for you and your family/friends. The terrace features patio chairs, a hammock, and a domino table. For safety, there is no lifeguard on duty, so running or diving headfirst is prohibited, and children must be supervised at all times. The community is open, but the house has a secure, enclosed garage with direct access to the residence. We ask that you always keep the garage door closed for added privacy. No extra guests or unannounced visitors are allowed. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, and coffee maker, plus utensils, dishes, and pots. The master bedroom has a TV, A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has either a bunk bed or a single bed. Another bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The house offers free Wi-Fi and parking for up to 2 cars only; if bringing an additional vehicle, you must let us know. We’re very close to many local restaurants, tourist spots, and the recently opened Science Park, an ideal place for family fun. Punta Salinas Beach is perfect, with parking and crystal-clear waters. We’re just minutes away on the expressway from Old San Juan, perfect for a day of exploring. You’ll need more time to enjoy all the tourist attractions, and you can search on Discover Puerto Rico to find many excursion or party bus options. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, parking, and terrace. Other things to note - In the living room and bathrooms we have emergency lights, just touch the switch. This is in case the power goes out. - You have to plug the shower heater into the plug to make it work. - No extra guests, no visits.
