Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a wardrobe it is connected to a sunroom which has plenty of lego for the children. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a wardrobe and also opens to the sunroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the family bathroom which has a bath. Bedroom 4 has a king single bed and a wardrobe. It also has a trundle single bed if required. There is another shower room. On the third level is a sitting area with tv and another study area. It opens to a roof terrace with BBQ and table with a sitting area. It has glimpses of the city and the harbour. This is a family home with lots of books on the bookshelves and some personal photos on the shelves. Guest access Guests Will be able to access all areas. There is a locked room off bedroom 4 which is not accessible. Other things to note The house is over 3 levels so there are plenty of stairs which may not suit small children.
