Nestled amongst native gums with an abundance of visiting wildlife, this spacious, 2 storey, 4 bedroom home invites families and groups to sit back and enjoy. Soak up the sunsets from the upstairs outdoor deck, enjoy the warmth from the fireplace indoors and the convenience of having linen and towels included. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, whilst downstairs has games, books and music in the kids area. A short distance to local beaches, cafes and attractions. The space Upon entering the property, there is a large kids area offering computer games, DVDs, music, board games and reading materials. Couches and a day-bed are available to maximise comfort. On the lower level there is a room with 2 single bunk beds, and 2 additional rooms with Queen beds in each. The lower level offers a full size bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer, and separate toilet. Upstairs guests can enjoy the spacious lounge area with TV, Wi-FI and fireplace, along with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen and lounge areas open up onto the wrap-around deck which features an outdoor dining setting, BBQ, sun-lounge and umbrella. The kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, new Breville coffee machine (with limited coffee beans provided for guests) along with a selection of tea, coffee and condiments for guests to enjoy. The main bedroom is off the lounge area, featuring a king size bed and an ensuite. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is provided both up and down-stairs for guest comfort. This sustainable, energy conscious house enjoys fresh rain water for drinking, solar panels that return positive energy back into the grid and a considered approach to waste management. The property is positioned amongst some of nature's finest attractions - local beaches, dunes, native trees and pastures. The location is a little removed from the township & attractions; however is an enjoyable drive to the local attractions of Wilsons Prom National Park, Liptrap Coastal reserve, Walkerville kilns and local townships with their arts, cratfs, wineries, galleries and more! Guest access Guests will have access to the full house, excluding a couple of locked cupboards. Other things to note The house has stairs which are unsuitable for those unable to navigate steps. This is a non smoking, non-vaping house. This house is not suitable for parties, hens, bucks or schoolies. Limited firewood is provided and then we ask guests to supply their own.
