Fantastic view of the lake and sunset. Best climate in Brazil! 900m altitude! Big house, 2 fireplaces, wood burning, large deck to enjoy a good wine in the company of friends! Always fresh! The space The house is old and furnished as such. The wood burning stove and the two fireplaces illustrate the case well. Furniture is restored. All the windows, doors, floors, are authentic. The kitchen has a refrigerator, gas (and wood burning), microwave, gas and electric oven, pots and pans, crazy, bowls and other accessories (as if it were your own cottage). The deck is very large, about 50m2 and has wooden sloth chairs, portable barbecue and a very beautiful view of the large lake and its birds and sunset! The ground floor room is a demi-suite. The other two double rooms are on the second floor. On the mezzanine there are two more single beds! Guest access The chacara has 50,000 m2 with an 11,000m2 lake accessible to all guests. Sport fishing is allowed as long as the number of turtles is large, which has a special attraction for live bait!!! Both the canoe and the kayaks are available to guests without cost.
