Located just 10 minutes from Sugarloaf, you'll have easy access to a variety of outdoor activities, including golf, mountain biking, and hiking. Our cabin is also equipped with The space a hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars after a day of exploration. Convenience is key during your stay, as we are on the shuttle route that operates on holidays and weekends, with a pickup right at the end of our driveway. The home is setup with 2 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 more located on the 2nd. The 1st floor is where you walk in to the cabin, which is equipped with 12 ski style lockers and an open concept directly into a small TV area. Additionally, there is 1 full bathroom on this floor. The 2nd floor is considered the main living area, with a kitchen, breakfast area, living room, bathroom and 2 more bedrooms. (2) Bedrooms are equipped with Kingbeds (1) Bedroom has a queen bed with (1) Twin bunk bed (1) Bedroom has 2 full/twin bunk beds Exterior setting is mostly woods with natural landscaping. There is plenty of room for outdoor lounging, with Adirondack chairs on the deck or warm up next to the outdoor fireplace. Guest access This property has multiple levels. Other things to note 1. No smoking on the property 2. No excessive noise / parties 3. No drinking, smoking, animals etc. in the hot tub 4. No moving of furniture, if you must, please return to original location 5. No pets allowed in BEDS or on FURNITURE Additional Notes: * If the hot tub has to be emptied due to excessive debris and water issues, guests will be charged a service fee of $250
