Have fun with your family/friends at this spacious & stylish family-friendly house! It has a covered patio/a fully fenced-in backyard/a fully stocked kitchen/5 bedrooms: comfy beds, quality beddings, ceiling fans & 7 UHD Smart TVs. It offers fun recreational activities: Arcade1up/board game/basketball etc...Excellent location, 5-8 minutes to Downtown/PNC Park/Stadium/Convention Center/Strip District/universities/museums/hospitals/or stores/shops on McKnight Rd/Ross Park Mall/McCandless Crossing. The space This spacious multi-level house has 5 bedrooms with 3 king and 2 queen beds, a crib plus several foldable single beds (available upon request) and a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 13 adults. We also have a crib and a changing table in the master bedroom. Each bedroom has a sofa, a fan and its own 55” UHD smart TV (with access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime videos, YouTube, etc). Additionally, indoor entertainment equipments, including board games, a Basketball Arcade, & an Arcade1Up video game machine, are available for guests to have fun with family/friends. Under the super nice covered patio in the backyard are some comfy outdoor furnitures, facing a huge size fully fenced-in private backyard, perfect for dogs and young children, also adding another layer of security & privacy. Our house is perfect for extended stay for UPMC patients who need kidney or liver transplant, and we have served numerous families for those purposes. We have also proudly served numerous athletes playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pirates teams. Text the host for longer-term/extended stay discount. Guest access The guests have access to the whole house except the garage, which is our storage area and is not shared with the guests. Other things to note There is a nice gas grill under the covered patio for the guests to enjoy grilling or cooking out in the summer and fall. Our backyard is fully fenced in, perfect for families with dogs or young children. Pets are welcome with a pet fee, up to 2 mid size dogs/cats but are not allowed to sleep with the guests on the beds since other guests might be very allergic. Extra pet fees will be charged if guests break this house rule. Thanks for your understanding! Guests will receive checkin instruction on the early morning of the day they arrive.
