Beautiful Deluxe double room with balcony and bathroom.Located in a peaceful and safe part of Montanita just a few meters from the best part of the beach and a 3-4 minutes walk from the city center. The space Our beautiful two floor house is located in the perfect spot in Montañita. Here you will be able to enjoy both the tranquillity of nature and relaxing beach life but at the same time you will be just a short walk (3-5 minutes) away from the city center and all of its shops, restaurants and bars. At night you will be just far enough away from the music of the city to enjoy a good nights sleep and wake up to the sound of birds and the waves crashing at the beach. (please note that during big holidays and weekends Montanita in general does get more crowded and therefore also a bit more noisy). Guest access Our guests have access to a spacious area to chill and an extra outdoor shower to clean off sand after going to the beach. This room is located on the 1st floor. On the balcony you have a nice little area with 2 hammocks for relaxing and downstairs another big area for relaxing or eating. There is good free wifi on all of the property. We provide clean linen, blankets, towels, hand soap and toilet paper. During your stay For the moment we are living at the property and will we be there to receive you and to help you with anything you need. You are always welcome to send us a message if you have any questions. Other things to note We offer surf classes at $25 for 2 hours and board rental for $5 per hour. Danny is a long time surfer and a very good instructor. With our connections we will be able to help you if you wish to do any trips or activities during your stay in Montañita. Among other things there is the possibility to go whale watching (July-September) and visit the beautiful 'Isla de la plata' which is famous for its unique animal life, sea turtles and snorkeling. This trip sets of from the small town of Puerto Lopez. Visits to the island are available all year round. Other options are horseback riding in the beautiful area of 'Dos Mangas' where you will enjoy lots of rich nature, waterfalls and be able to swim in natural pools or you can go visit the beautiful beach of 'Los Frailes' which is considered one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches of Ecuador
