This brand new studio has a real retreat feeling as soon as you walk in. Styled with very calm & moody colours of nature & looking completely onto bushland. Your own private balcony will have you viewing Kangaroos & wallabies, yet only a short 200 metres to the lake edge & boardwalk. La Capanna spacious open plan room equipped with all you need for a boutique stay. Whilst attached to our main house, you have your own concreted driveway & private access up the side of the house . The space La Capanna is a brand new studio with concreted floors and soaring high ceilings that has been lovingly curated for a special, yet comfortable stay. The bedroom & lounge look out onto your own private bushland, complete with your own balcony with seating to enjoy the outlook. The studio is equipped with both blinds and sheer curtains for privacy, yet you can open them all up for a wonderful bright filled space with a lush outlook! The full size bathroom has a barn door entry and sits beside a full size walk in robe with ample hanging space. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave & fridge, a Weber gas BBQ is provided on the balcony. A short 200 metre walk and you find yourself on the lake with access to boardwalk and the lovely little Sunny's Kiosk & Boat hire that speciality coffee as well as alcohol for those sunset drinks! Guest access You have your own concreted driveway leading up to the Studio. Please note, although the driveway is fairly steep, access to the studio is flat and easily accessible. Your main entry is at the back of the studio, although you do also have access at front via the balcony should you prefer.
