The living room and kitchen are connected by a modern bar with 4 stools, and a 4-seat sofa. The apartment has its own laundry room where you will find a washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary items, such as cutlery, glasses, pans, pots, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker... Remember that the kitchen works with gas, so we suggest checking the metal key on the side of the kitchen to see if the system is open or closed. The apartment has an electronic lock, so check-in can be 24 hours a day. We will provide you with the key once the reservation is confirmed. If you wish, for an additional price, we can carry out additional cleaning and/or change of sheets or towels, ask us without obligation. The apartment has 3 rooms distributed in 2 double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It also has a guest bathroom and a central living-dining room with an integrated kitchen. And a private balcony.
