Strictly NO SMOKING in any room or area of the unit, and at the hall. Ask our guard at the lobby for the smoking area. You will be fined for PHP 5,000 to 10,000. 2. Absolutely NO INCENSE or CANDLES. They are fire hazards. 3. Absolutely NO DRUG USE or POSSESSION of drugs on the premises by the tenants or incumbent guest. Such use and/or possession are a violation of law and will be reported to the police. 4. Absolutely NO FIREARMS on the premises. 5. Absolutely NO WILD PARTIES other than dinner parties. Please be mindful that our unit has a lot of balconies. BATHROOM RULES 1. Clean sink and tub after use (especially clean strainer of hair) 2. Each tenant is responsible for the guest’s usage of bathrooms. 3. Tenant will be charged of plumbing costs that are related to tenants’ hair accumulation, etc. 4. Do not clutter shampoos etc. in the bathroom. A space/rack is allocated for these paraphernalia. KITCHEN RULES 1. Clean all dishes and pots and pans every after use. Do not leave them in the sink or on the counter. 2. Wipe counters after usage. 3. Empty trash daily. 4. Use cutting board to cut and chop on. Do not cut or chop on counters. CONSERVATION RULES 1. Turn out all interior lights when not in use. Remember to turn bedroom lights and fans off 2. Off when leaving for the day 3. Unplug all devices before leaving for the day to avoid risk of short circuit or fire SECURITY RULES 1. Keep the main door locked at the times 2. Do not let strangers in the house. 3. Call security immediately when anything of suspicious nature occurs. 4. Close all windows before leaving for the day. GENERAL RULES 1. Check-in time is at 2:00pm; check-out time is at 12:00 noon. 2. Please send all your Contact Details and all your ID's before Reservation, Booking & Check-in time, so can send it to Kasara Tower 1 Admin & Security to be allowed entry to the Penthouse Condo Unit. 3. Present your AIRBNB Confirmation / Email Confirmation upon check-in with your valid ID & Proof of Vaccination. 4. Only Guests stated on the Reservation Form are allowed to enter the Property. 5. Pay the Security Deposit required per room. 6. Visitors are not allowed. Visitors who are not included on the Guest list will have an additional Php 700/pax. 7. NO Pets allowed 8. No holes in the walls to hang pictures etc. 9. Show consideration to other tenants in regards to music or other noise. No loud music or noises after 8:00pm. Tenants who violate the peace and quiet of other tenants will be in violation of their lease agreement and will be asked to leave. 10. When playing stereo use headphones if others complain. 11. Tenants shall maintain the premises in a clean sanitary condition at all the times. Do not leave any clutter in the common areas 12. Lost of Keys is Php 700.00 each deducted to the security deposit or must be paid separately. 13. Any hard or non-removable stains on linens, sofa fabrics, and wall in the room will subject to penalty charges. 14. Damage to rooms, assets, mattresses and beddings will result in a charge for replacement of the damaged item. 15. Charges will apply to any request of additional cleaning arrangements or linen replacement. PARKING: Our Penthouse Condo Unit do not have their own PARKING SPACE however there are PAY PARKING SERVICES in a nearby area.
