The main floor offers a king-size primary suite, a stylish living area with floor-to-ceiling windows offering mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, two private balconies, and a laundry area. In the front yard guests can enjoy time at the private firepit. On the lower level, you'll find a cozy second living area, a second primary suite with a full-over-king bunk bed, and a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjacent bathroom. Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Summit Sky Ranch offers 4 different shared hot tubs and 1 heated pool in the neighborhood for guest use. Full details including restricted guest hours are listed directly below* Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. Aspen House visitation hours are currently: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm Saturday 9am-2pm Sunday 2pm-7pm **Updated and extended hours implemented 01/01/2026 Lake House visitation hours are currently: 7 days a week 8am-9pm Visitation hours are subject to change All guest will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities. **Current guidelines are subject to change Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon.
