The majestic hand carved Mahogany 4 Post king-sized bed along with high quality bedding and down comforters creates a romantic, elegant Master Bedroom that is spacious and inviting. The Living Room has views of 50 year old azalea bushes planted by Mrs. Bryant in the front garden. A leather sectional couch provides a comfortable resting area for guests. The open floor plan allows viewing of the 40” LED Smart TV from the Kitchen, Living and Dining Rooms. The sparkling new eat in gourmet Kitchen overlooks the private back yard and has all the amenities including brand new appliances with washer and dryer. A modern spa inspired Bath Room has tile, marble, inlaid pebble stone and a walk in shower with fresh fluffy towels provided. The bright and sunny Dining Room has windows on 3 walls, French doors and a dining table that seats 6 with a picturesque view that lets you enjoy Florida's natural beauty while you dine. A lush tropical yard with mango, avocado and loquat trees, sweet smelling jasmine and frangipani surround a fire pit to warm up to or lounge about for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful Florida climate. The patio is equiped for grilling, an herb garden and outdoor dining for four in the shade of an umbrella. Guest access Guests have complete privacy as this is a single family cottage with backyard and parking on street and on the propertys driveway. Private backyard with fire pit. Other things to note Off air and streaming television, Bose radio, fire pit in secluded back yard, fully equipped kitchen. Spring brings beautiful Azaleas, summer brings thousands of rain lillies turning the entire front yard into a fairy garden. A guests young daughter was seen dancing amongst the lilies!! Christmas at The Ringling Museum and Selby Botanical Gardens are magical in Sarasota. January and February are great months to escape the cold up north. I consider March, April and May as some of the finest months in Florida when the sun is strong but the air is dry.Fourth of July and the Off Shore Grand Prix starts the summer season in Sarasota when the sun is strong,beaches are covered in white sand and the water is warm.
