This charming little chalet overlooking the ocean perfectly accommodates 2 adults. Couples with children (up to 2 children, max) can be accommodated, as we have 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds in the living room (we have blackout). There is a full bathroom and also an additional toilet (no toilet). The house is inside an extremely safe condominium, with day and night entry/exit control. We have a private beach with a beautiful view of Paraty and a marina attached to the condominium. The space Our chalet is carefully decorated - guests will have kitchen utensils (pots, cups, glasses, crystal glasses, cutlery, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, fruit squeezer, tablecloth, dish towels, etc.), stove, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, hair dryer, iron, ceiling and floor clothesline, washing machine and dryer, bath towels, sheets, pillows, duvets, air conditioning, blackout in the bedroom and living room and many other items for your total comfort. The condominium is high-end and extremely family-oriented - it does not allow noise/music after 10 p.m., for example. Thus, we give preference to couples, people who love/respect nature and seek a place of peace and rest in our chalet. Amenities 1) We have a covered parking space in the condominium's private parking lot (if you do not want to leave the car in the weather/sun). 2) We have a private beach (our chalet faces the sea). 3) The pool, tennis court and gym can be used by guests. The barbecue and gourmet space are for the exclusive use of the owners. The marina / piers are not owned by the condominium and cannot be used. 4) The condominium has a generator - if there is a power outage, the generator is activated in less than 1 minute and supplies 100% of the lights and appliances in the house, including air conditioners. 5) The gas we have in the house is piped (from the street) - there are no plugs in the chalet. 6) There is a restaurant in our condominium, which is open to the public - it is called "Restaurante Armazém Mar" and access is on foot. At the entrance there are instructions on the opening hours. Some days of the week they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guest access Guests' full names are provided to the front desk. Upon arrival, guests must identify themselves and present identification documents. Other things to note We kindly ask you to take off your shoes before entering the chalet. ***Alcoholic beverages seen in the photographs are merely illustrative/decorative and are not provided nor are they part of what the accommodation offers.*** The room has a closet with three doors - only one is available to the guest (the closet behind the bedroom door). The others are locked and for the exclusive use of the owners, except in cases of long stays (over 30 days). Next to the refrigerator there is also a locked cabinet, not available for external use (exclusive use of the owners). For use of the washing machine and dryer, pay attention to the instructions for use left on the property. If you have any questions, please call us! The wifi password is attached to the router (post-it). Cleaning: done before guests arrive so that everything is suitable, organized and clean. After check-in, the maid will come once a week. If your stay is less than 6 days, the contracted cleaning service only covers pre-check-in cleaning. There are basic cleaning products on the property, which DO NOT include laundry soap or softener. If you wish to use the washing machine, please remember to bring these items. Attention: For security reasons, we have cameras filming the kitchen/balcony and laundry (outdoor areas). We don't have any cameras inside the house or any hidden cameras.
