Location: We are located between the Matriz do Rosário and Bonfim churches, in a strategic area that allows easy access to the main tourist attractions, bars, and restaurants. Important note: Because it is a historical area, there is no garage. However, it is possible to park nearby, either on Rua do Bonfim itself, which is free to park on both sides, or in private parking lots a few steps from the house. Other things to note - We do not allow the presence of people who are not staying at the hotel. - We have security cameras in the outdoor areas, and it is forbidden to obstruct them. - Glass containers are not allowed in the pool and hot tub (use acrylic cups and glasses). - We offer an extended check-out option until 6 PM for R$ 400.00. - We accept your pet (subject to payment of the pet fee and compensation for damages and extra cleaning). - As a courtesy, we leave detergent and a sponge in the kitchen and gourmet area sinks, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a garbage bag in each trash can. If a larger quantity is needed, guests must purchase it. - As this is an urban and residential area, loud noise is prohibited. - Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas (smoke detector in the indoor area). - If there are stains that are difficult to remove (blood, makeup, wine, etc.) on towels or bed linens, an extra fee will be charged for special cleaning. - It is permitted to make a bonfire in the designated area (we do not provide the supplies). If you are interested, we can prepare the bonfire for a fee to be agreed upon. - We are not responsible for items left behind in the residence. - We are not responsible for any power or internet outages, as these services can become unstable when there is an overload in the city. - During your stay, it may be necessary for us to perform maintenance on the pool; we will notify you in advance and schedule the time. - Very heavy rains, accompanied by strong winds, may cause leaks, as this is a colonial house with clay tiles.
