Leisure area with barbecue, TV, beer cooler, swimming pool with solar heating and spa, hammocks, bonfire area, picnic basket, fruit trees, and many birds in our backyard. Upon leaving the house, you'll find the best attractions in the city just a few meters away: We are located between the Rosário Church and the Bonfim Church, near Rua do Lazer (Leisure Street), shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, and breweries. Other things to note - We do not allow the presence of people who are not staying at the property, nor parties. - We have security cameras in the external areas, and it is forbidden to obstruct them. - Glass containers are not allowed in the pool and hot tub (use acrylic cups and glasses). - We offer an extended check-out option until 6 PM for R$ 400.00. - We accept your pet (subject to payment of the pet fee and compensation for damages and extra cleaning). - We provide complimentary detergent and a sponge in the kitchen and gourmet area sinks, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a garbage bag in each trash can. If a larger quantity is needed, guests must purchase it. - As this is an urban and residential area, loud music is prohibited. - Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas (smoke detector in the indoor area). - Historic colonial house, no parking available; parking is allowed on the street in front of the house. - It is permitted to make a campfire in the designated area (we do not provide the necessary materials). If you are interested, we can prepare the campfire for a fee to be agreed upon. - If there are stubborn stains (blood, makeup, wine, etc.) on either towels or bed linens, an extra special cleaning fee will be charged. - We are not responsible for items left behind in the residence. - We are not responsible for any power or internet outages, as these services can become unstable when there is an overload in the city. - During your stay, it may be necessary for us to perform maintenance on the pool; we will notify you in advance and schedule the time. - Very heavy rains, accompanied by strong winds, may cause leaks, as this is a colonial house with clay tiles.
