And you can feel that on our houseboat: For short vacations, even stressed minds can relax on the OFF. OFF is equipped with everything you need for an individual stay. Bathroom, kitchenette, large sleeping area, cozy living area, roof terrace. Wi-Fi. The space The wide Tiny Houseboat OFF was built in the Hausboot Hafen Hamburg according to ecological standards and completed in 2024. With a width of five instead of four meters, it offers significantly more space in the interior than our other tiny houseboats. 23 square meters of interior space downstairs and a 7 square meter, higher sleeping level offer enough space for up to four people. Outside there is a breakfast terrace in front and an 18 square meter roof terrace upstairs. The interior is equipped with a sofa corner that can be converted into a 1.20 m wide bed. The view can be enjoyed through a large window. Additional floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the interior. The kitchenette provides all the utensils for easy cooking; there is a fridge and an induction stove with two plates. The small bathroom is equipped with a water ship toilet and a shower of normal size. The bed on the large sleeping level is 1.80 meters wide. Through a skylight you can watch the clouds and stars. A floor and infrared heater keep you warm. There is a 32-inch screen on the wall that allows you to connect to your smartphone or laptop. WiFi is available to you free of charge. You can relax wonderfully on board the houseboat OFF. Here you can relax and sit comfortably in the warmth while surrounded by the winter landscape of the Dove Elbe in Hamburg Moorfleet. There's not much going on in the harbor around you. We offer various houseboats, almost all of which were built by the houseboat harbor Hamburg according to ecological standards and all have a different owner on whose behalf we rent them. Accordingly, each houseboat is very individually designed or furnished. This houseboat, the OFF, belongs to Tanja and Sven, who have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and look forward to guests, because "our boat should not only serve our small family as a special retreat, but also as a sustainable accommodation to give as many other people a good time and pleasure." In winter (November to March) the houseboat is in Hamburg Moorfleet (bookable via this ad). In summer it is in Hamburg Harburg. Other things to note The houseboat is not directly connected to the water supply on land, so it has a fresh water and a waste water tank. You have 400 liters of fresh water available on the boat, so showers should be kept rather short. The water filled into the fresh water tank is drinking water, but since it is stored in a tank, it officially has no drinking water quality - so please bring drinking water. (Alternatively, you can get drinking water from the bathroom on land.) The grounds, the jetty and the boat are not accessible. You can sleep on the sofa, it can be converted into a bed. Then it is 1.20 m wide, so it is suitable for 1-2 people. So you can stay with 1-4 people on the boat; depending on how much you want to cuddle, as a family with smaller children, for example, possibly also with five people (if three sleep in the big bed). (Please always register all people.) You can park for FREE directly at the boat (even if there is a sign that says it costs 5 euros - this does not apply to our houseboat guests). The boat is located in a marina on the Dove Elbe in Hamburg Moorfleet. There is not much going on in the harbor during the winter - most small pleasure boats are not sailed in winter and stand dry on land. In addition to the bathroom on board, there are also toilets and showers on land that can be used by all. There you will also find a washer and dryer. - The shower on land costs 50 cents for 5 minutes of shower time. The washing machine takes five 50-cent pieces, the dryer takes four 50-cent pieces.
