Our 90m² apartment can accommodate 1-4 persons. The living and dining room with flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There is a twin bedroom and two more single beds in the living room. A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a washing machine and dryer are present. In summer you can enjoy barbecues in the garden. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge. The space The apartment invites you to relax in a very quiet location (play street). It overlooks a small mountain and is located in the upper settlement of Karlstadt. The apartment has a garden. This can be used for barbecuing. No pets are permitted by us. In about 5 minutes you can reach the city center of Karlstadt. There are shops here. The supermarket Tegut is also close by. The surroundings offer many excursion destinations and activity options, such as cycling, swimming in the heated outdoor swimming pool of Karlstadt. A swimming lake is reached in about 20 minutes by car.
