Our 90 m² apartment can accommodate 1-4 people. The living and dining room with flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There is a bedroom with two single beds and two more single beds in the living room. A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a washing machine and dryer are all present. In summer, you can enjoy barbecues in the garden. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge. The space The apartment invites you to relax in a very quiet location (play street). It overlooks a small mountain and is located in the upper settlement of Karlstadt. The apartment has a garden. This can be used for barbecuing. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. In about 5 minutes you can reach downtown Karlstadt. There are shopping opportunities here. The Tegut supermarket is also very close. The surroundings offer many excursion destinations and activity options, such as cycling, swimming in the heated outdoor pool of Karlstadt. A swimming lake can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
