Kitchen: Prepare everything from beach snacks to delicious dinners in the fully stocked kitchen. It features granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, a 2-burner cooktop, a microwave, and your choice of a Keurig K-Cup or a classic drip coffee maker for your morning brew. Bedroom: Rest peacefully in one of the two luxurious 14" queen beds, complete with plush 1,000-thread-count hotel bedding. You can unwind with a second 55” Samsung Smart TV or organize your belongings in two spacious closets. Private Balcony: Your private balcony, furnished with four chairs, is the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or an evening cocktail while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. Guest access You will have exclusive, private access to the entire condo. That is for owners only. Other things to note Self Check-In: Go straight to your condo upon arrival! Access is managed by a coded lock. You will receive your unique access code in a welcome email on the day of your arrival. Supplies & Linens: We provide a starter set of amenities, including linens, towels, washcloths, trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Daily maid service is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Beach Gear: Please note that beach equipment such as umbrellas and chairs are not provided. They are available for seasonal rental directly from the on-site lifeguards. Rental Agreement: Consent to the rental agreement is made through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee within 1 hour of booking. The Damage Waiver guarantees up to $1,000 of accidental or damage ensuring a smooth worry free stay. Safety: For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit. Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
