A quiet corner at the seaside

The house is a 1,600 sq.ft villa with a garden and a small swimming pool for exclusive use. It is independent with an enclosed parking space and is located in a residential area on top of a well-ventilated hillock. The house can accommodate up to 9 people in 3 bedrooms, located on the first and second floor, served by two bathrooms. The ground floor has a 550 sq.ft open space, composed of kitchen, dining room, living area and small bathroom, opening onto a 280 sq.ft veranda. The space The main entrance is shared with three other units, but there are two more independent entrances, one through the garden, the other from the car park. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bunk bed, a wardrobe a chest of drawers and a big balcony with a sea view, The second bedroom, also on the first floor, has a queen size bed, a sofa bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe on the landing and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The two bedrooms share a large bathroom on the same floor. The second floor bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a king size bed, a wardrobe and a large balcony, overlooking the sea, which then circles round to a large terrace used for the laundry. The house is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and linen. Guest access Guests have free use of all the spaces and services of the house and of the space in front of the garage where they can park one or max. two cars. Other things to note The house is the first in a block of four units: it borders on three sides with its own garden and on the fourth one with another unit. During the last 15 years my family, three children and five grandchildren, have been using the house between mid-May and mid-September. The house was renovated during the winter of 2022/23. Veronica's review July: Lisa and Alberto are the best hosts you can think of! Their house is so welcoming that you immediately feel at home when you get there. The house is of full of gadgets and amenities that make your stay really comfortable. We travelled with 2 kids and Lisa and Alberto prepared 2 cribs and 2 high chairs for them, which was a blessing. Not to mention they’re always available for any support you might need during your stay and provided nice local recommendations. I’d love to go back when I get a chance to travel to the area and would definitely recommend this place for a lovely family-friendly summer stay near Rome! Vincent's review August: This house is a real holiday home where you can feel good, and I recommend it to relax and enjoy the region. Even if the house is not equipped with air conditioning, the ceiling fans do the work well and the house is indeed located in a well ventilated and shaded area. The pool was a real treat. Plus, the hosts were always very responsive to any issues we had during the stay. We feel that this house was loved and pampered, and I am so glad I was able to be a part of it.
