Our comfortable light filled unit, offering a touch of coastal charm is located just a few minutes’ walk from Dripstone Cliffs in the lovely beachside suburb of Brinkin. Enjoy all the comforts of home. Cool off in your very own large private swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Relax with a wine and bar-be-que in the large outdoor dining/lounge area or by the pool. The unit has new furnishings and is fully air-conditioned. The space The unit provides two very comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The unit would suit 4 guests or families on holidays, business trips or those wanting extended stays. (We offer 7% discount for weekly stays and a 15% discount for month long stays). Rooms: Guests will enjoy a well-equipped full kitchen with ceramic top stove, oven, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Seating for 4 in the dining area and two couches to watch the large smart TV with Netflix in the lounge area. WiFi is also provided. Both bedrooms have new carpet with very comfy beds, one room has a queen-sized bed, and the larger room has two king singles. The king singles can be put together to make a super king, upon request (several days notice required). Both bedrooms have heaps of wardrobe space. The bathroom is a good size with a small bath and overhead shower, hand and body wash is supplied. A separate laundry area is located outside. Adjoining the back verandah is an outdoor dining/lounge area and bar-be-cue. Alongside is the fully fenced swimming pool and sun beds under a large shade. Please note: The pool is solely for your use, not shared with other units. Guest access Enter up the driveway and park in the covered carport, a second uncovered off street park is also available. The guest unit is centrally located but not walking distance to shops. Casuarina Village and Casuarina Square Shopping Centres are just 2km away, with a couple of minutes drive to Casuarina Beach, Darwin Hospital and the University. The free Leanyer Recreation Water Park and International airport are about a seven minutes drive, with a 15 minute drive to the CBD. Other things to note Strictly no parties, no pets and no smoking inside, and please note there is a maximum of 4 guests. To be environmentally responsible, we kindly ask our guests to turn the air conditioners off when they leave the unit (even for short periods) and close all windows and door when the air-conditioners are running.
