Views from the house are 360 degrees; down to the beach, over to the mountains, the rolling green landscape, and the fruit and avocado trees. Depending on the season, guests can enjoy boundless organic tropical fruits and avocados. The property is unique to Rincon in that it offers a level of privacy and access to incredible grounds unmatched anywhere. Additionally, Rincon's best swimming beach is just a few minutes drive away. The guest house itself takes full advantage of its surroundings, with an expansive screened in porch affording views and the best of indoor/outdoor living year round. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and gas stove. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing spa-like experience in our over sized fully tiled soaking tub. The house has it's own water heater so hot water is never an issue. Additionally, Casa en lo Alto come with full air conditioning should you prefer it. Other things to note No pets allowed. Please enjoy smoking, but only in the outside areas. Must be 25 years or older and present to rent this house. 3 night minimum stay & 7 night stay required for major holidays. House occupancy is 7 people maximum.
