The space Comprising open plan living, dining (8 seater) and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows and sliding door out onto elevated entertaining deck complete with 8 seater outdoor setting and BBQ with overhead ceiling fan. The built in swim spa and jacuzzi is fully fenced with glass and child safe lock. Bottom courtyard has a 3 hole putting green and separate fire pit area for those cooler evenings. Front of house comprises driveway with basketball ring for the kids, off street parking for 1 car and separate street parking for additional cars. Please note There are steps up to the entrance of the house so is not wheelchair accessible. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a designated study alcove with dual monitors. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen, both sleeping 2 people in each while Bedroom 4 has a double bed with a single bunk bed over the top, sleeping 3. All bedrooms have a T.V that can be connected to a gaming console/dvd player should you wish to bring one. All bedrooms and the living room have their own split system Air conditioner/heater and 3 out of 4 bedrooms also have over bed fans for comfort on those hot summers nights. Living room couch comfortably seats 6 and has a wifi enabled smart TV complete with Apple TV box. Guests can use their own logins for streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, air fryer, crockery, cooking utensils and pots/pans Main bathroom has a shower and free standing bath with a separate main toilet while the main bedroom ensuite has a shower, toilet and double basins. Laundry has a front loader washing machine, linen cupboard and iron/ironing board. There is no clothes dryer but there is an outdoor clothesline and portable clothes drying racks available. Guest access The double garage will not be accessible to guests during their stay. Other things to note We are blessed with awesome neighbours, some of which do have young children so please be considerate in terms of noise levels.
