Other things to note An attached efficiency apartment is available for 2 extra guests upon request for an additional fee. This private "Annex" has its own bathroom, shower and miniature kitchen. It is blocked off if not rented in tandem with the Main house. Pets are welcome for a small fee if well behaved and under the owner's control at all times. The yard is only partially fenced.
