Guest access The house is only rented to one group so guests have access to all spaces Other things to note We provide Beach towels umbrellas, beach chairs. Although Estates roads are private, our community welcomes the recreational use of the roads by residents throughout Tortola.   Even during the mid day sun, many sections of the Estates roads are still shaded making it ideal for walking, jogging or biking.  In fact, you’ll find people from all over the island coming to Belmont Estates to exercise. A number of athletic competitions take place in and around the community.   As as a result, roads are kept in their natural condition whenever possible providing a good balance between vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic.
