Here, above the picturesque wine village of Sommerhausen, you will find a bright and lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with around 70 m², ideal for couples, small families or friends looking for a relaxing break. The space In the bedroom you sleep in a comfortable king-size bed, right next to it there is a practical dressing room and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room is open and friendly – with a cozy sofa bed, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and bar stools. Here you can cook, laugh or simply relax. For even more comfort, there is a separate guest toilet. The heart of the apartment are the two terraces: they offer a magnificent view over the historic village – perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine at sunset, which gives the Sunset Lounge its name. Parking is available right in front of the house. And if you feel like discovering things, you are in the middle of the historic center with cozy wine taverns, restaurants and small galleries in a few minutes. The surrounding area also invites you to take walks, hikes or bike rides. The Sunset Lounge is a place where you can simply arrive, let go and enjoy – with a feeling of home and vacation at the same time. 🌞🍷 Guest access The apartment can be reached very comfortably directly via a staircase from the street to the first floor – after you have parked your car there. There you will find a complete, private apartment that is exclusively at your disposal. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house on a hillside. The apartment is easily accessible via a staircase with twelve steps and railings. The self-contained apartment, with a separate entrance, is one floor above the street. The apartment, the windows are south/west facing.
