The spacious kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, leads to a charming dining nook that looks out to forested views. The main living area leads to an expansive wooded deck, where you can sip your morning coffee and watch skiers and snowboarders at Palisades Tahoe riding down the mountain in the distance. On the main level, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and a walk-in closet- a warm and cozy sanctuary to relax and get a good night’s sleep after an exciting day spent on the slopes. Adjacent to the bedroom is a beautifully remodeled full bathroom. On the lower floor, discover two more bedrooms—one with a double bed and a bunk bed, equipped with a flat-screen TV, and the other with a queen-sized bed. These bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom. A neighboring lot is under construction. Some noise/nuisance is anticipated. 4. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: This TAHOE GETAWAYS vacation rental has surveillance cameras located on front of house overlooking parking lot and on stairs toward front door. These have been installed by the rental property owner for security/risk management purposes. We want to reassure our guests that surveillance is strictly prohibited in interior areas or in areas where Guests would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as an outdoor spa.
