The space Peaceful and serene Adirondack home with private lakefront and new dock on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Let Birdy by The Lake be your year round escape. Located on a private dead end road with lake views only 100 yard flat, level walk directly to the lake. Make memories in the beautiful single level home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is an open floor plan for you to spend quality time with family and friends. Enjoy lake views from inside the living area while you sit around the wood burning fireplace. Washer and dryer on main floor, outdoor fire pit and picnic table in backyard with plenty of space to play. Bedrooms feature window AC units, new memory foam mattress in each bedroom (Tuft and Needle), Keurig coffee maker to enjoy sunrise from the front deck. The front deck, which overlooks the lake, has a very convenient, motorized, retractable awning for additional shade during those sunny days or to enjoy the outdoors during inclement weather. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement. You will also be able to park in the two car attached garage. You have access to back yard picnic table to enjoy outdoor family dinner together and outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows and stargaze. We have add an additional lake side picnic table which sits conveniently close to the waters edge and new private dock. Enjoy everything the lake has to offer! Other things to note Birdy By The Lake is a year round home. Fall foliage is absolutely breathtaking. Winter months add fun with snowshoeing, ice fishing, snow mobiling, and cross country skiing. Warm up inside next to the wood burning fireplace. For lake access please be respectful of our lovely neighbors. Our lake access is directly across the street to the left side of the rocks and 10 feet to the left of the aluminum dock. Please be mindful that the dock is not ours to use. Our 10 ft of private lakefront is to the left of it. You can swim, launch kayaks, paddle boards, floats etc. It's also a great spot for a picnic lunch! We have a fully stocked kitchen for you or if you like to eat out there are many mom and pop options right in town. Their also some beautiful lakeside restaurants.
