The space This home has two separate public areas that would be perfect for families that want choices. This single story house has a large open concept family room, exposed beams, with great views of the ocean, fireplace an entertainment center with a nice stereo, 55 inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen with all essential cooking utensils. There are two bedrooms in this section of the house, with ocean views in each room. The larger room faces the deck. Walk through a door in family room into the other section/side of the house to a separate living room that has been beautifully renovated, a dry-bar with a mini refrigerator, new sliding glass door with unobstructed views of the ocean and new windows all around. This gives our guest the option to have some enjoy a movie by the fireplace and some to use the other area for quite conversation, reading a book and enjoy the views and classic furnishing. There is a large bedroom with a walk-in closet with custom built closet system and an updated bathroom. This house has beautiful furnishing, hand made carpets and unique hand made (by owner) furniture. If you want to have a separate, private suite and still be close to other members of your group (kids), look no further.
