La Casa Negra is ENTIRELY PRIVATE, air-conditioned and very well equipped. It offers incomparable comfort, in an idyllic, peaceful countryside setting, with no overlooking neighbours, for 2 adults. It features a large 55 m² terrace with a private pool and sun loungers, and there is a parking space on the property. Well located for visiting Provence, it is situated between Aix-en-Provence (11 km) and Marseille (16 km). The cleaning fee is payable on site. Monthly rentals are possible. The space PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BOOKING. Casa Negra is a contemporary cottage that is fully air-conditioned, bright, intimate and very comfortable. You have a private, detached property with no buildings opposite, entirely dedicated to holidaymakers, with a secure parking space within the property. There, you will find a swimming pool measuring 2.20 m x 4.30 m x 1.40 m deep, a 55 m² terrace equipped with a motorised awning, an outdoor lounge, a dining area, a barbecue, sun loungers and a parasol. It is located 11 km from the centre of Aix-en-Provence and 16 km from Marseille. It is in a rather quiet residential area in the countryside, surrounded by other villas and gardens. You will need a vehicle to get around. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers, but it is not suitable for children. The house is very well equipped and air-conditioned. It has one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed, air conditioning and a dressing room. Sheets, tea towels and towels and bath towels are provided. The bed will be made for a stay of 7 days or more. Otherwise, a kit will be left on the bed. The kitchen has a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a traditional oven, a microwave oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer. The living room is air-conditioned and opens onto the terrace. The outside area has a beautiful 55 m² terrace, a barbecue area and a private swimming pool for your exclusive use. If you would like a late check-out at the end of your stay and this is possible – i.e. there is no booking after yours – you can stay until 6 p.m. The service will be payable on site and will vary according to the season.
