Casa Negra is a contemporary cottage, totally air-conditioned, bright, intimate and very comfortable. You have a private individual accommodation without any vis-à-vis, dedicated in its entirety to vacationers. You will discover, a swimming pool of 2.20 m x 4.30 m x 1.40 h, a terrace of 55 m² equipped with a motorized awning, an outdoor lounge, a dining area, a barbecue, sunbeds, umbrella. It is 11 km from the center of Aix-en-Provence and 16 km from Marseille. It is in a rather quiet residential area in the countryside, it is surrounded by other villas and gardens. It will take a vehicle to get around. It is perfect for couples, solo, business travellers, it is not suitable for children. The house is very well-equipped and air-conditioned. It has a bedroom: with a queen size bed in 160 X 200 cm, an air conditioner and a dressing. Sheets, tea towels and towels are provided. The bed will be made for a stay of 7 days or more. Otherwise, a kit will be placed on the bed. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine "capsules", a traditional oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge freezer.
