Certopiano Resort

Certopiano is an ancient farmhouse already in a 1745 cadastral map. The space The house, renovated at the end of the 2000s, is located in a private park of about 20 hectares with a beautiful olive grove, lots of forest, large green spaces and a large pool. It seems to be out of the world but, in reality, we are very close to Montelupo train station (about 2 km) and well positioned to reach, by public transport or your own car, all the points of greatest interest in Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and other art cities are about an hour away, Vinci and San Miniato are about 15 km away, also Certaldo, San Gimignano, San Gimignano and Volterra can be reached very easily. The house consists of a spacious kitchen on the ground floor, a large living room and a half bathroom; four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with shower) are on the first floor. However, the space you will appreciate more is outside: on the large there is a large table for your breakfast, near the pool you will find a gazebo with tables and chairs, a structure with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven where you can prepare your pizzas. There will be no shortage of privacy and silence: the house is divided into multiple apartments where I live with my family, two of them (one is what you see, the other is a small "loft") are made available to guests but not at the same time so you will always be the only guests of Certopiano. The house is very suitable for families with children and groups of friends. The outdoor spaces and the pool are shared with my family members, but usually no one is ever there!
