Other things to note One of the benefits for staying with Superior Getaways, is that each of our reservations come with a damage protection policy, so you can enjoy peace of mind that your stay is protected, without paying extra high security deposits! Our home does have stairs coming into the home and going to the different levels, as well as a step in bath tub/shower. This is not an ADA accessible home. For Summer months: there is an air conditioning unit in the main floor living space and then ceiling fans in the bedrooms and portable fans if needed. This is not a pet-friendly home. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee. If unauthorized pets are brought to our attention during a guests stay it will result in a $350 fee as well as termination of the remainder of the stay.
