The space The master bedroom has a flat-screen cable TV, ceiling fan and AC unit; the junior bedroom has a flat-screen cable TV, both ceiling and wall-mounted fans. The bathroom is spacious with essentials and lots of extras, blow dryer and stacked washer/dryer. Hot water is readily available via inline instant water heater. A clothes iron and ironing board are also provided, large clothes closets with hangers in each bedroom. The kitchen has an electric stove with oven, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster broiler, kettle, drip coffee maker, three-tier food basket, other cooking amenities and a table for four, providing quick access to hot meals straight from stove to table. An enchanting view of the mountains is yours to be had through one-way tinted glass sliding windows in the kitchen, while having your meals, or simply sitting outdoors on the garden bench, sipping your morning coffee/tea; you can also see the gorgeous sunsets, basking in the cool evening breeze. All windows as well as the front door are grilled, and the flat has its own security alarm, WiFi, internet and cable. Location: Centrally located just above Manor Park in Kingston, Jamaica. Further details on location will be provided on enquiry. Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat and gardens surrounding the driveway and parking bays. Just below the building is a gradient hillside of luscious fruit trees including Mango, Otaheite Apple, Avocado and Chinese Longan; there are also Banana, Plantain, Breadfruit, Soursop, Ackee and Tangerine trees. Your host will happily offer guests freshly picked fruits in season, so we ask that you refrain from taking this on yourself. There is also a Pimento tree on property and dried Pimento leaves are available on request for adding more spice to your meals. Guests are treated to a Welcome Basket of local items on arrival. Other things to note The driveways sit on a gentle slope and the pathway to the 30” wide front door is accessed from the parking bay via two steps 8” and 7” respectively, coming from a 6” curb. The pathway gently slopes down with two gradients of 3” and 2” respectively, and at the front door there is a step up of 4”. Guests are free to access the hillside from the garden path by way of several concrete steps, giving way to the lovely fruit trees and an even clearer view of the mountains and landscape in Kingston, Jamaica.
