SeaBreeze Cottage is a spacious three bedroom house with a dedicated office space. The interior is modern and airy and then you step outside the back door into your own private oasis. Lush gardens surround the covered back patio which overlooks the swim pool. The beach is only a five minute walk one way and The Capricorn Tavern is a five minute walk in the other direction. This is house is where family memories are made. The space This house has a lovely open plan design. The lounge room is at the front of the house and flows around into the kitchen and dining room. The Master Bedroom is also at the front of the house with its own ensuite. The Master Bedroom is separated from the lounge room by the front entrance way. The remaining two bedrooms and office are at the rear of the house coming off the dining room. The second large bathroom is also located at the back end of the house.The private back deck and swim spa can be accessed through the dining room and flows into the fully fenced back yard. The laundry is located in the garage. Guest access The whole house is accessable to the guests.
