Picinguaba Refuge

Come and relax with the family in the comfort of our space in Vila Caiçara de Picinguaba. With a privileged location, we offer greater privacy and silence in the middle of the villa, just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Our balcony is lovely! It has an integrated outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining room, creating a large living area with ocean and nature views, perfect for gathering family and friends. The space In addition to our large balcony with barbecue and living space, we also have an internal kitchen with basic utensils, TV room with several channels, a social bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and another double bed (lower part of the double bed can be taken to the living room) and a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom. We offer bedding, pillows and blankets (we don't offer bathing suits ). Guest access The access is one of our differentials, we are in a low location, with very few steps compared to most of the houses in the village, in addition to being very close to the beach! Access to the house is by foot only. The car can be parked on the beach street for free or in a private parking lot 4 minute walk from the property. From our property, you will have access to about a 2-minute walk to quiet sea beaches such as Porto do Engenho, Praia dos Pescadores and a little ahead, Praia do Lanço, great for bathing and snorkeling, kayaking and standup practices. You can also visit the lush Farm Beach, great for surfing. In the village, boat trips to the famous Ilha das Couves, great for diving. In the center of the village you will have access to good restaurants, a small vendor with basic items and fresh fish. Other things to note The fishing village of Picinguaba is a preserved refuge in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, inside the Serra do Mar State Park. Tranquila and familiar, the village keeps the caiçara culture alive, with artisanal fishing and fresh fish sold by locals or served in local restaurants. It offers a market with fresh bread, a market for fresh produce on Sundays and activities such as board rentals and tours to Ilha das Couves. Although there are no pharmacies or large markets, it is 40 km from Ubatuba and 37 km from Paraty, cities with full infrastructure.
