Central pool with cascade, five rooms: two rooms with queen size bunk beds , one room with queen bed and two rooms with king bed. The house has four private parking spaces located at the back. We offer security guard by night by Oldemar as well as our cleaning lady named Karina, we offer one cleaning per day if agreed by client. The space Our home is completely furnished for family get-togethers or spending time with friends. We have a barbecue, and the house is outfitted with high-quality sound systems, two TVs, and seven beds, including both queen and king sizes. Our house is centrally located, making it ideal for relaxation with minimal noise in the vicinity. Guest access Oldemar will check in with you; we will inspect the electricity meter and provide the keys and remote control for the gate. The daily electricity usage is 30 kWh, which is adequate for all your electrical needs, including running all AC units for sleeping, the cascade, pool pumps, washer, fridge, etc. We have set a limit on consumption for awareness. Please handle the keys and remote controls with care. Each lost or damaged key will incur a charge of $10, while a remote control will cost $100. Other things to note We have recently installed solar panels with a battery backup system to mitigate frequent power fluctuations and brief outages commonly experienced throughout the town. A pickleball court is two blocks from Casa Coral and welcomes groups who want to enjoy this fun, interactive sport.
