These cabins include the luxury of an outdoor hot tub & are perfectly placed for you to enjoy the views of Cool Springs Lake. Each Hot Tub Cabin (375 sq ft) is warm & welcoming, accommodating up to 6ppl. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen bed & 1 Full. The cabin has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, sofabed, cable TV, wifi & heat/air conditioning. Take in the surroundings with a spacious deck, picnic table, chairs & an outdoor grill. Must be 21 or older, with valid credit card, to check-in! The space Explore our spectacular 600 acre camping resort and take part in the most sensational list of memory making, family orientated activities in central Virginia. For the adventure seekers, we challenge you to try it all! Kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boats, hiking, adventure ropes course, disc golf, three swimming pools, tennis and mini golf, Knockerball, basketball in the gymnasium, and jon boat fishing. If that is not enough, explore the neighboring historic Chancellor and Wilderness battlegrounds, and local breweries and wineries. Visit Fredericksburg's Old Town, take a day trip to James Madison's Montpelier or travel the Shenandoah National Park Skyline drive. Guest access Guest will have private access to their cabin and hot tub. Other things to note Every cabin has its own charm! Lake views and inside decor may vary slightly from the pictures shown. Some hot tub cabins require guests to descend quite a few steps down to access the unit on the lake. Please let us know if you need a unit with easier accessibility. Must be 21 or older, with a valid credit card, in order to check-in! Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided. We do not provide hot tub or pool towels - please bring those items with you.
