This Stockton Springs home was built in 2010 and given a fresh update in 2023. It holds a special place in our family’s hearts, and we’re thrilled to share it! You’re a one-minute walk to the public shore and a few minute drive from Sears Island hiking trails. You’re in the heart of antique ally, and are close to countless points of interest and places to eat. Acacia National Park is just an hour away. Comfortable, simple, and away-from-it-all, this is authentic Maine living at its best! The space This multi-level cape has a large bedroom (queen bed) on the main floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor. Each upstairs bedroom has a full-sized bed. One of the bedrooms has a conjoined, bonus sleeping area with a twin-sized bed behind a privacy curtain. The upstairs also offers a common area with a small futon and tv. This set-up offers multiple sleeping arrangements! There is a half bath upstairs. The main floor has an open concept kitchen/living/dining area. A sliding door exits onto a large covered porch. There is a full bath with washer/dryer, and a small entry room with a desk. Guest access Full access is granted to our guests! We do not provide access to the basement.
