Onsite parking is available. The space Roswell has been the Wagner's home for 52 years in which 28 years have been spent at 30 Thompson place. The property was owned by Jan's childhood friend's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Stephens dating back to the early 1900's. Mr. Stephens was a builder in Roswell and built the cottage home for his children to reside in once they married. The main house was rebuilt in 2007. The top unit of the Cottage house was completely renovated in 2017 & the downstairs unit in 2019. The beautiful landscaping has been a project during their 28 years of residing just off Canton Street. The property has hosted special events to include weddings and rehearsal dinners. Guest access While we hope you enjoy the views of the beautiful gardens, pool and pond surrounding the home where the host reside, we are not able to give you access to this area.
