Spacious accommodation, suitable for families. The villa "Les rives de l 'Ardèche" is located in a peaceful area between countryside and town. We put at your disposal our swimming pool (unheated) from mid-May to September included. For sports holidays (canyoning, via ferrata, caving, hiking,mountain biking…) or go green (walks, lakes, rivers, markets), ideal location to radiate in South Ardeche. The space 162m2 villa comprising 4 bedrooms ( 2 single storey and 2 upstairs) , 2 separate kitchens, 2 living /dining rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 WCs, a large shaded outdoor terrace and 2 additional small terraces in the shade also, a large plot with trampoline and swing, a petanque court, 4 parking spaces in the property and two outside ( free) Guest access Coming from Privas, take the direction of Aubenas. Passing through the col de l 'escrinet you will have a magnificent view of the valley. Then take the direction of Ucel. Head towards the Hippocampus Pool, from the Aubenas Athletics Stadium to the dugradus road on your right. Continue towards the Rugby Stadium and at 34 turn right then right again until the letter H. Our portal is black. Free parking on site at our property. Other things to note At the villa "the banks of the Ardèche" the pool (9m x 4m) is accessible for you only. It is not secured by gates but by an alarm. On site our cat scribbles to calm down if you feel like it. If your stay is long, you may be asked to give him food and drinks. ☺️
