Villa "The Banks of the Ardèche"

Spacious accommodation, suitable for families. The villa "Les rives de l'Ardèche" is located in a peaceful area between countryside and city. We provide our (unheated) swimming pool from mid-May to September inclusive. For sports holidays (canyoning, via ferrata, caving, hiking, mountain biking, etc.) or to go green (walks, lakes, rivers, markets), ideal location to radiate in South Ardeche. The space Villa of 162 m2 including 4 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), 2 separate kitchens, 2 living/dining rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets, a large shaded outdoor terrace and 2 small additional terraces also in the shade, a large plot with trampoline and swing, a petanque court, 4 parking spaces in the property and two outside (free) Guest access Coming from Privas, head towards Aubenas. Passing through the Col de l'Escrinet, you will have a magnificent view of the valley. Then head towards Ucel. Head towards the Hippocampe swimming pool, from the Aubenas athletics stadium to the Chemin de Dugradus on your right. Continue towards the Rugby stadium and at 34 turn right and right again to the letter H. Our gate is black. Free parking on-site at our property. Other things to note At the villa "Les Rives de l'Ardèche", the swimming pool (9 m x 4 m) is accessible for you only. It is not secured by barriers but by an alarm. On site our cat Gribouille is available to cuddle if you feel like it. If your stay is long, you may be asked to give him food and drink. ☺️
