Living area has a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 guests. Guest access Only registered and paid guests are allowed inside the unit. Visitor/s are not allowed inside the unit, visitors only up to the lobby. Other things to note *The Condominium Administration requires a copy of all guest passports submitted for building security purposes . Local guests just need to provide a copy of a local ID, preferably issued by the government. After booking, please provide us also your flight details if you are flying in on your check-in day so my co-hosts can monitor your flight and plan your check-in in case there will be flight delays. **CHECK IN/OUT** Standard check-in starts at 3PM and check-out at Noon. In-person check-out with the host is a must. Guest accepts full responsibility otherwise. There is a $5 fee if you check-in between 6PM-8AM and has to be paid directly to the co-host. They do not live on-site. **TOWELS/LINENS*" A clean set of Towels/bed sheet/pillow cases will be provided when you check-in and every half month of your stay. Standard set is good for 2 guests and also when extra guests are paid for. There is a PHP300 fee to request for a new set for 2 guests plus 100 for each additional guest. **USE OF POOL** POOL is available for guests with a surcharge of 150 pesos per head per usage and 300 pesos per head per use during holidays.
