Renovated & bright top floor suite w/ views

This is a great 3rd floor private studio unit with a queen bed and a pull out couch, wood fireplace, deck overlooking the mountains, new floors, full kitchen and renovated bathroom. Close to everything you need! Very cozy for weekend getaways or long stays. The space This studio suite is located on the 3rd floor of a cozy three-story building. It looks out onto the mountains. The Creekside Gondola is a 5-7 minute walk. All amenities in the area include public transit, restaurants, pubs, gyms, coffee shops, yoga, and a grocery store. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. There is no elevator, so you'll have to carry your things up the stairs. Firewood is not included, you can pick some up at the Co-Op gas station one block away. Pool is open for the 2025 summer. It will close when the weather turns in the fall. Hot tub opens when the pool closes. Cleaning/maintenance occurs periodically in the pool and hot tub, so they could be closed during your stay. Please book with this in mind. Thank you:) This unit does NOT have Air Conditioning. There is one fan supplied. If there is a heat spell the unit can get very warm. I suggest you close the blinds in the daytime when you are out adventuring, and open them up in the evening when the temperature cools down. The bus stop is 3 minutes away. Whistler Village is a 5 min drive/10 min bus ride. The Red Door bistro (fine dining) and Roland's Pub and Cold Beer & Wine Store are located in the building. A great coffee shop, Fix Cafe, is next door. A grocery store, 24 hr gas station, gym, coffee shops (Starbucks and Tim Hortons) and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. There is no need for a vehicle but there is one available parking stall. Wireless internet TV with Netflix. There is no cable television. Ski/bike storage area on the main floor. Other things to note This unit is NO SMOKING (or vaping) of any kind, inside or on the deck. I am very strict on that. There will be a minimum $250 fine. There is a laundry room with 3 coin operated washers and 3 coin operated dryers. If by chance they are all being used, there is a laundromat at the end of the street at the Southside Diner building across from the gas station. No check-ins/outs on Christmas Day, December 25.
