Welcome to our family-run Guesthouse! Located 700 metres above sea level, we offer magnificent panoramic views of unspoilt nature. It's the perfect place for those seeking relaxation! Please note that we are a secluded retreat in the countryside and are therefore only accessible by car (approx. 5 km of mountain road from Laives). Bolzano is just 20 minutes away and is an ideal starting point for excursions throughout South Tyrol. Best of all: The Bolzano Card is included! The space Please note the following important information regarding the location: The nearest restaurants, cafés and shops are located in Leifers, approximately 5 km away. You can reach them via the mountain road. A private vehicle is essential for your stay with us. Panoramic double room with south-facing balcony - your private place in the sun: especially for connoisseurs who want to take time to relax. Here's what you can expect: - Location: 2nd floor (south side) – with impressive panoramic views and balcony - Sleeping: Comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) - Amenities: Private bathroom with shower and toilet (no bidet), wardrobe, mirror, coat rack, desk and free Wi-Fi. Important instructions: - The room has no television, no kitchenette and no refrigerator. - House rules: No smoking. Pets allowed on request. - Opening hours: Our house is open until 10:30 pm. If you plan to return later, please let us know in advance. - Service: Cleaning from the 4th day of your stay (additional cleaning available for a fee; no cleaning on Saturdays and Sundays). - Families: Children up to 2 years old stay free in their parents' bed. Baby/child's bed available on request and for an extra charge. Breakfast and drinks: - Breakfast is available for an extra charge and includes bread, butter, jam, coffee, milk, tea, cereals, natural yoghurt, fruit juice and a cold cut/cheese platter. - Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. - Our in-house bar is open every day (only drinks - no food). Leisure and activities Take advantage of our diverse leisure facilities, which are available from mid-April to mid-September (weather permitting). - swimming pool with a sunbathing area and changing rooms (May–September). - Two tennis courts, volleyball and table tennis - Play area and children's playground - A traditional bowling alley and a table football room. - An in-house bar and a large garden terrace. - Internet: Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Check-in and check-out: - Check-in: from 4 pm to 8 pm. (earlier or later arrival only by prior arrangement). - Check-in is not possible between 11:00 am and 16:00. - Check-out: by 10:00 am at the latest. Please hand in the key in person (do not lock the room). Additional costs and payment: - Local tax: €2.00 per person per night (from the age of 14), payable in cash on site. - Payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. (No cheques).
