Other things to note 1.There are about 30 steps leading up to the entrance. While the view from the bath and rooms is beautiful, getting to the house requires a bit of effort. We do not recommend bringing a suitcase. Please come with a backpack and wear comfortable shoes. 2.The house is located in a nature-rich area where insects such as camel crickets and bees may be present. We take measures to prevent them from entering the premises, but they may appear in surrounding areas like shared spaces and parking lots. Despite precautions, insect sightings are still possible. If you are sensitive to insects, this property may not be suitable for you. 3.Barbecues or campfires are not allowed on the wood deck or any outdoor areas. Please refrain from entering the deck. 4.The smoking area on the second floor is not available after 10:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum after that time to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 5.For multi-night stays, we generally do not provide towel replacements or cleaning. If needed, please contact us. 6.For groups of 8 or more, futons for additional guests will be folded and placed in the living room. Feel free to use them as needed. 7.Only salt and pepper are provided. Please bring any other seasonings you may need. 8. In accordance with Article 8 of the Japanese Private Lodging Business Act, we require a photo of a government-issued ID with a photo (e.g., driver’s license, My Number card, or passport) from the person who made the reservation, as well as a guest list including the name, address, and occupation of all staying guests before check-in. Failure to cooperate may result in a guest-initiated cancellation. 9.A late check-in fee of ¥2,000 per 30 minutes will apply if you arrive past the scheduled check-in time. 10.Please return the room to its original condition upon checkout. Wash and put away any cups or dishes you used. Additional fees may apply for damage or excessive mess, including vomit. 11.Due to the nature of the hot spring, there may be a sulfur smell. If any guests other than the registered ones are found entering the premises without prior approval, a fee of 20,000 yen per additional person will be charged, or all guests will be required to vacate the property immediately.
