A beautiful one bedroom cottage along the salmon river . Located only 5 minutes from the centre of town but nestled in the trees making it feel like you’re miles away. All modern amenities and appliances in the cottage. Fish from the dock , go kayaking or just enjoy the quiet we’re here to make sure you enjoy all the grand lake area has to offer. The upstairs loft features a king bed with plenty of space for storage . Our kitchen offers full size appliances as well as laundry facilities. The space We live along the salmon river in Chipman , close to amenities but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of nature. There are 2 cottages and the owners home located on the property. We have 5 acres for walking your dog or just looking around. We offer 2 kayaks for use during your stay as well as a dock area and a fire pit. Privacy is key around our rentals and offer ample space to be left alone while we are also more than happy to be available for any of your needs even if you’d just like some local guidance. Our KW house also listed has been popular and we are pleased to add a second cottage to our property. This property does have a queen sized Murphy bed in the living room area that offers more sleeping space. However this isn’t private sleeping space and isn’t designed as a second room. Please note our dock and kayaks don’t go in until June and are removed in October . Guest access You’ll have full use of the cottage and side yards during your stay. Including docks and walking trails. Other things to note ANY PETS MUST BE DISCLOSED BEFORE ARRIVAL! NON DISCLOSURE OF ANY PETS COULD RESULT IN THE PET NOT BEING PERMITTED DURING YOUR STAY. Pet friendly (dogs and cats). Allergy Alert* There are curious cats who like to roam the property. ** Well behaved pets are free to be off leash while supervised at all times , pets that need a little extra attention or aren’t very social should be leashed while outside to prevent any mishaps with neighbouring pets and people ** ** we would also ask that you please pick up anything your pet leaves in the yard .** ** absolutely no dog toys , treats etc on any furniture. Please let your four legged friends enjoy these on the floor or outside** On-site Parking Each cottage has one dedicated parking spot directly beside the cottage. However should you have multiple vehicles we have parking available in what we call the upper driveway only 100 feet from the cottage .Should you need any direction please don’t be shy to ask.
