The space Unit Accomodations: Home type: Renovated Avion Travel Trailer w/ Outdoor Patio Size: Approx. 270sqft indoors; Ceiling height is about 6’2” Beds: One queen bed; one sofa bed (42”W x 78”L) Bathroom: One bathroom with walk-in shower. Sleeps: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children Pets: The standard pet policy welcomes two pets up to 75 lbs for an additional fee Outdoors: A large, private outdoor deck with patio seating. Accommodations: Each is designed to accommodate two adults and two small children, making it an ideal retreat for families. Guest access Guest Access: Free, high-speed internet inside the units and throughout the property grounds. HDTVs on a space-saving “televator” that drops behind the fireplace. Onsite parking; one space is assigned per unit so you don’t have worry about finding a place to park. Family and pet friendly Stress-free keyless access to your unit. Other things to note Things to Note: Height Clearance: The units are about 6’2” floor to ceiling on the inside so may not be the best option for our taller friends. Occupancy Limits: The units can fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. However, it can be a tight fit compared to a traditional home. The recommended max occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child. Housekeeping: We do not provide daily housekeeping. Smoking: The entire property is designated non-smoking, inside and outside of the units. We do have a designated area where you are welcome to smoke. Fire pits and overhead lighting on the grounds automatically shut off at midnight. Walkway lighting stays on throughout the night so you can find your way to you unit safely.
