We are now live in renovating our investment property and want to continue having our family home loved and 'lived in'. It is spacious with 3 bedrooms and a roomy fully fenced yard. We hope you love it as much as we do! Guest access Off street parking on the paved areas and plenty of parking on the grass outside the property. Heaps of room for the boat and the jet ski!! There is a shed to the side of the house which is powered so nice and easy to charge your ebikes. Unfortunately the garage is not available to guests at the moment. Other things to note Charging of electric bikes is fine but charging of electric cars will incur a fee of $40 per vehicle per day. There is an electric vehicle charging station 500m from the property on Wynyard Street.
